Welcome to the site. The School of Japanese Karate does not promote any one particular karate club. It is a free access area to all styles of Karate and all Clubs that would like to be listed. It is, therefore, an attempt to bring together a spirit of oneness to all who hold Karate-do dear to their hearts. Students of the Art of Karate, Karate-ka, should not only think about the "How" but also, and just as important if not more so, the "Why" and "When". Mere movement of limbs does not truly reflect the spirit of Karate-do and it is the responsibility of each and every one of us who follow "The Way" to reflect upon our daily actions and the impact that they have on those around us. With knowledge comes great responsibility. The way in which we conduct ourselves, with this knowledge, defines who we are. |
