Student Policy Details

Personal Accident Summary

 

This is a benefit policy to licensed members should the member sustain an injury whilst practicing martial arts at the Club.

 

Benefits

 

1.      Death £25,000
2.      Death benefit for junior members (up to 16 years) £2,000
3.      Loss of Eye(s)/Limb(s) £25,000
4.      Loss of Speech £25,000
5.      Loss of Hearing in both ears £25,000
6.      Loss of Hearing in one ear 25% of no. 5
7.      Permanent Total Disablement £25,000 (unable to partake in any occupation)
8.      Temporary Total Disablement (TTD) £50 per week
 
TTD payable for up to 52 weeks
TTD excludes first 2 weeks of disability
TTD not available for members under 16
 
Age limits 5 to 70
 
The benefits are capital sum payment except for TTD which is a weekly allowance.
